This 3tph palm oil press production line was built in Nigeria from February to April, 2018.The whole palm oil press production line includes palm fruit sterilizing machine ,palm fruit threshing machine ,palm fruit digesting & pressing machine, Crude palm oil clarification machine. Now the small palm oil mill plant run well.

This is a batch type palm oil refinery plant ordered by one of our client in Peru. All the 10tpd palm oil refinery plant was finished manufacturing and ready for shipping. The capacity of this palm oil refinery production line is 10 ton per day.

After almost 3 years research, the Nigeria customer finally come to buy one set 5tph palm oil production machine in the early of 2017. And last month in May, this 5tph palm oil production machine has finished installation under the guidance of our engineer.

Now our engineer is installing the 2tph palm oil pressing machine in Liberia.

In 01, Nov, a customer from Liberia sent an inquiry, he asked for the palm kernel oil refinery machines, after received customer inquiry, our sales contact with customer on whatsapp directly, and knew that customer already has the palm kernel separate machines, and the palm kernel oil pressing machines, now, to get the edible palm kernel oil to sell in the supermarket, he need the palm kernel oil refinery machines.

Indonesia customer's 5tpd palm oil physical refinery plant has successfully installed and runned. Indonesia customer's 5tpd palm oil physical refinery plant is specially designed by our engineers according to the requirements of users. It is a semi-continuous refining equipment, mainly used to solve the problem of high acid value of palm oil and low oil yield.

Nigeria customer ordered one set 1tph palm oil processing plant from Henan Doing Company. Now, this 1tph palm oil mill project have successfully installed and put into production. The entire palm oil mill project onsists of three stages: palm oil processing plant produce and manufacturing stage (3 months), palm oil processing plant transport stage (2 months), palm oil processing plant installation and commissioning stage (3 months) .

One South Africa customer ordered one set 50tpd sunflower oil production line also named sunflower oil pressing production line from Henan Doing company. Our engineers specially customized this 50tpd sunflower oil mill plant project for our customer according to the customer's requirements and site conditions. Now this 50tpd sunflower oil mill plant have successfully installed and run .

5tpd palm oil refinery plant was set up in Harcourt Nigeria. This project was designed to refine crude palm oil into RBD palm oil.

One set of palm kernel husking and separating machine was successfully installed in Sierra Leone. This is one of the latest palm kernel oil mill projects that Henan Doing Company has finished. Our Sierra Leone customer bought this machine mainly used to process palm nuts to get clean palm kernel to prepare for palm kernel oil processing business.

Our Abidjan,Ivory coast customer ordered one set 2tph palm nut cracker and separater from our company. After 15 days installation and commissioning , now the 2tph palm nut cracker and separater have been put into production.
